Kate only started riding in February 2005 and was encouraged to race as she is an extremely competitive individual and thrives on a challenge!
Kate started with the XC Female Masters in April 2005 and went on to win the Dragon XC series in September 2005. She then went on to race at National Points Level in 2006 (looking for a bigger challenge!) and proudly finished the season with her first National Points Series Podiums, in the XC and 100km Marathon. Kate was crowned Female Masters XC Welsh Champion in July 2006.
Kate is committed to continued cycling success and improved results in 2007, which is why she chose EAS as her sports nutrition partner.
