With a string of medals already behind her, Nicole Cooke took the cycling world by storm in 2006 becoming the Commonwealth Games Bronze Medallist, World Cup Series Winner and World Champion. Nicole's disciplines include Mountain Biking, Road Race and Time Trial. Nicole's nutrition is key to her training, racing and recovery. It is literally the fuel that she burns to produce strength, speed
and stamina on the road. Nicole says "Good nutrition plays such a big role in racing because it is the fuel that my muscles and body needs to produce strength on the road. It's not just getting enough energy during the race but the pre-race and recovery phases are also important. The EAS Energy Range is essential to my success as it enables me to train harder, compete most effectively and recover most swiftly".
